OVERDRIVE
“Long in. Viral out.” A launch site for an AI editor that turns long streams into vertical clips. A concept product, a real site: WebGL, scroll scenes and two languages.

Project overview.
OVERDRIVE is a brand I invented for my portfolio: an AI editor that takes a three-hour stream and hands back ready-to-post vertical clips. The goal was to show how loud and bold a launch site can feel.
I staged the page like a video played by scrolling. The hero frame splits into slices and turns into 9:16 clip cards as you scroll, telling the product's promise in a single move. The heavy WebGL scene starts on first interaction; until then a lightweight copy of the same frame is shown.
A motion-heavy, video-led launch site usually loads slowly and stutters on phones.
Raw WebGL2 instead of Three.js, scenes that start on demand, a single IntersectionObserver and lighter motion on phones.
A Lighthouse performance score of 100 on desktop. Every scene still works with reduced motion.
