Personal Data Notice (KVKK)
1. Data controller
Under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), the data controller is Can Yılmaz. You can reach me at canyilmaz0735@icloud.com.
2. Personal data processed
The name, email, phone (optional), company (optional) and message you enter in the contact and project forms; messages you write to the AI assistant; your IP address and browser details for security.
3. Why the data is processed
To answer your questions and project requests, prepare quotes, let the assistant answer you, and protect the site against abuse (spam, attacks).
4. Transfers
Data is stored on the server that hosts the site. Form notifications go through the email service Resend and assistant replies are processed by Anthropic (Claude); these providers may have servers abroad. Data is never shared or sold for marketing.
5. Collection method and legal basis
Data is collected electronically when you fill in a form or write to the assistant. The legal bases are assessing your request before a contract (KVKK art. 5/2-c), legitimate interest (art. 5/2-f) and your explicit consent for transfers abroad (art. 9).
6. Retention
Form messages and assistant chats are kept for at most two years after the request is closed, then deleted. If you want them deleted sooner, just write to me.
7. Your rights (KVKK art. 11)
You have the right to learn whether your data is processed, request information, ask for correction or deletion, learn who it was shared with, object, and claim compensation for damage.
