MERAVI
Twenty-one homes stepping down to the sea. A launch template I designed for a fictional luxury development: a page that turns from morning to evening, two languages and a Framer kit.
Project overview.
MERAVI is an imaginary development of twenty-one homes spread over west-facing terraces on the Aegean. It was designed as a template developers can buy for their launch and adapt to their own project.
The project's promise was “the evening sun”, so I staged the page around the course of a day: a cool dawn tone at the top, golden hour further down. In the light scene the clock runs from 07:40 to 19:55, and on desktop the terraces become a horizontal walk.
Luxury residence sites all look alike: a big photo, a form and a price list. The feeling of the place never comes across.
Cinematic scenes that rewind with the scroll, plus unit selection, floor plans, comparison and a visit form in one flow.
Every scene stayed above 60 fps even on a 4x throttled CPU. The template ships with a buyer guide and license, ready to sell.
